Our Pet Policy

We will accept neutered cats in any of our units.  We will also accept one or two kittens or a combination of 2 or 3 adults and kittens.  You would have to sign our Pet Agreement, agreeing to neuter or spay the kitten(s) by 5 months of age if they are not already neutered. 

We also accept most types of birds as well as many types of reptiles, amphibians and small caged mammals.  We limit the number of gallons in a fish tank depending upon the residence.   All pets must be on a signed Pet Agreement. 

We do not charge a separate pet deposit, but in the rental units (almost all) where we will accept one adult neutered dog, we do charge $30 per month more rent for the dog.  We do not have a specific weight requirement for dogs.  Instead, our policy is to accept only the non-giant, non-aggressive breeds.  So, if you have an adult neutered Golden Retriever, for instance, he won’t be turned down for being way over 50 lbs.

We will accept dogs in most residences whether or not there is an outdoor area for the dog.  However, we do have Studios, 1 BR, 2BR, 3BR (and one 4BR) residences with yards and/or patios.
