Here is a list of the properties that we represent.
A triplex with 1 downstairs (3 BR, 2 bath) and 2 upstairs (3 BR, 2 bath & 2 BR, 1 bath) units. They have fireplaces, single car garages and laundry hook ups. #1, downstairs is the only unit on the 1st floor and it has a private fenced yard/patio area. They all have large storage lockers. These are very large units with dishwashers. The rent includes water and garbage. These are located between Mary and Bernardo near Iowa Ave.
Nine units, a 5-plex next to a 4-plex. There is one studio apartment, and three 2 BR, 1 bath units including a master metered “owner’s unit” in the 4-unit building. There are four 2BR, 1 bath units (with working fireplaces) and one 1 BR, 1 bath apartment in the 5-unit building. All have carports with a small storage locker, except for the studio. There is one laundry room for each building. The rent includes water and garbage. These are located just north of Mary Ave. a couple of blocks east of El Camino.
Seven units, two buildings with carports and storage lockers and a laundry room. Five of the apartments in one building are 1 BR apartments. The second building has two large 2BR apartments. The downstairs 2BR unit has hardwood floors. The rent includes water and garbage. These are located just north of Bernardo on the west side of El Camino.
Two 5-plexes, each identical. Each has an upstairs “owner’s unit” with a large covered deck, a fireplace, and an extra large kitchen with a dishwasher. These have 2BR and a den and all utilities are included in the rent. There is also a 1BR apartment in each building with all utilities included in the rent. The other units are all 2 BR apartments with water and garbage included in the rent. Two in each building are downstairs with fenced private patio/yard areas. All the units except for the 1BR apartments have single car garages and extra parking in the driveway. There is one laundry room. These are located south of Mary Ave., and west of El Camino.
Forty large apartments consisting of ten 4-plexes. There is a swimming pool. Most apartments have private decks or patios or yards. Some have dishwashers. Some have carport with a storage locker, some have an uncovered assigned space. There’s one 3BR, 2 bath apartment and eighteen townhouses. The townhouse units are 2 story apartments with 2BR and 1 ½ baths. The other apartments are single level 1BR and 2BR units. Since these are all 4-plexes, every apartment is a corner unit. There are 3 laundry rooms. The rent includes water and garbage. These are located on the Mountain View border and you’ll get a Mountain View telephone number living here. These are off of Bernardo, on the east side of El Camino.
A duplex with 3BR, 2 ½ bath units on each side. One has a family room and a 2-car garage. The other one has a one-car garage. Both garages come with garage door openers. Both have washer/dryer hookups in an indoor laundry room and have nice backyards. The rent includes water and weekly gardening. These are located on the Mountain View border and you’ll get a Mountain View telephone number living here. These are off of Bernardo, on the east side of El Camino.
Twenty-eight 1BR apartments with a swimming pool, located just off Castro Street, right downtown. Sixteen of the units have private fenced yards in a single level building with nobody living above. Two are upstairs apartments over carports and have large fenced private decks. Six apartments are in a 6-unit building. There are some single car garages available for rent separately. Most apartments come with a carport with storage and a 2nd tandem parking spot behind the carport. Some just have assigned uncovered spaces. There are two laundry rooms.
